[Question] VDI the console of VM is disabled.

hoping someone could help i am new in using VDI. when im accessing the vdi platform to access for the VM's and click console i cannot view the VM the error msg is "The console of VM (VM name) is disabled. if you want to view it, please contact a sangfor technical support representative." can you help me how to enable console. thank you

As per the error message stated, the best recommendation is to contact sangfor technical support and provide them with the following information:

   - VDI platform version
   - VM name
   - other relevant details specifically error message/s

Hi, better recheck the sangfor vdi agent that is installed on golden image that you use for create virtual machines to your users. On vdc user login, you can see the virtual machine?

check the VM update tools and you can also try vnc for console access.
