Hello! We suddenly cannot access HCI's web interface anymore unless we use Opera. We previously used Explorer but since it isn't available anymore, we switched to Chrome/ Edge/ Firefox. But now the browsers say that the certificate is invalid. We tried manually importing the SSL certificate but it still didn't work. We also tried clearing the cache and turning off the firewall but to no avail. How can we fix this issue? Thanks!
P.S. The SSL certificate issued by Sangfor expires on November 2029.

EDIT: Opera doesn't work anymore, too.

Since Opera works but other browsers don't, it might be a compatibility issue. Considering the SSL certificate is still valid, try checking if the browsers are updated to their latest versions. Also, verify if the date and time settings on your computer are correct, as incorrect settings can cause SSL errors. If the problem persists, contacting your IT support or the HCI support team for specific guidance might be the best step forward. Hope this helps!
