IAM Custom Applicaiton Bandwidth Not working 50

I have sangfor IAM 5200 device. I want to allow separate high bandwidth for some of external IP Addresses (not domain names, but some public ip addresses resides on internet)

I created custom application and added required external server IP addressess & in bandwidth management created new rule that allows high bandwidht to this custom applicaiton & moved this rule to TOP.

But this rule is not catching any traffic destined to custom app. How can I further investigate the issue?

Do you only have 1 channel on your bandwidth channel?
If not, try to move your apps channel rule to the top and make sure the type is parent channel.

you can verify if the network routing is correctly configured to direct the traffic towards the device where the custom application rule is defined.
