By default VLAN is called VLAN1 and you don't need any configuration to communicate VLAN1 OR Native VLAN  to other VLANs But if still the case and it required intervlan routing then the configuration will be the same as for other VLANs communication.

You just configure a trunk port then allow what vlans you desire.

Vlan is a broadcast domain . By default hosts in single Vlan communicates to each other . But host in different Vlans won't communicate to each other , to ensure communication between different Vlans host routing between Vlans is mandatory for Configuring routing between Vlan layer3 device is required
