Racoon Lv2Posted 27 Nov 2022 22:58

Hi,

We have Sangfor NGAF in our two branches and needs to establish VPN connection. But our uplink IP on both branches is not a Public IP. We tried to configure but it doesn't work. Do we need to have Public IP or what other requirements needed. TIA

It is possible to not having the Static Public IP by contacting your ISP and get the Public IP to them and make them allow the vpn ports and map it to the Private IP that they gave to you.

To connect both branches you need either Line of Sight Connection between 2 branch or Public IP.
