Kindly check the access rights, maybe that account is a read-only account.

HiHi,

Only the Excel file or all files cannot be access?
For generally, please check your login ID access right.

Do you configure or activate the "SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support" in the client computer? And please check the settings of the NAS it is properly configure the "Custom Permission" especially the "Permission Level" if set to Everyone and Read and White.

If you were using Windows OS, you probably must set the permission of the file.

Kindly double-check the user's access right

This has to do with the permission policy

If you are using windows double-check the network discovery and file sharing, also double-check the user access/permission policy maybe it was set as read-only permission.

Please change readonly permissions for you to have access
