Sangfor Community offers three support channels for customers and partners, including Post a Question Topic, Open a Support Case and Support on LiveChat. Each channel has its own features and advantages. You can choose the suitable support channel based on the importance and urgency of your issues. Let’s get started.


Method 1: Post a Question Topic (Deep Discussion)
You can post both those complex and simple questions here. Generally, you will get response from Sangfor technical support or enthusiastic members within 6 hours. It is a good place for you to have a deep communication and discussion with your peers.


STEP 1: On the community home page, select “Post >Question Topic”.

STEP 2: Fill in the Title and product category, and then wait for someone to respond.

It is suggested to describe your question with some detailed information such as product version and some screenshots about your issue or configuration interface.

Method 2: Open A Support Case (High-Quality Support)
A support case is from Sangfor ticketing system in which all the progress made toward resolving the customer’s issue, until it’s finally closed can be tracked. Usually your questions will be processed within 4 hours and get personalized support and high-quality support from Sangfor.


STEP 1: Log in the community. If you have no Sangfor community account, please register first.

STEP 2: Click Open a support case.

STEP 3: Describe your case. Select Products, IssueSeverity, fill in the message Title and the Detailed Description of your case. Then input the SN/Gateway ID of your product, and select the Product Version. Attach any Files if applicable. Click Next to continue.


STEP 4: Fill in your Contact Information. Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Company Name, Region, and the Email you want to send a carbon copy. Then click Submit to complete!

NOTE:
Your support case is successfully created! A Sangfor Expert will follow-up your case immediately! Please confirm that you can be contacted via the email and phone number you have provided. You can also log in the community to check the case handling process in My Support Case.
