I think you mean to say is Cyber Command?

If so, as for benifits side = it has a very simplified effective way of responding to threats (if you have Endpoint secure integrated to it, this way it can do deep forensic on endpoint side) You can also automate response they way you want.

As for the drawbacks = If you're using CN version and shifting it to EN, it will bugged your interaction. Functions don't work. So if your security team is EN go straight with it.

Just my two cents.
