Didn't received the actual amount of voucher I redeemed

I redeemed the 2 voucher in store last July 13. It deducts 2x 16400Coins from me. Then I received 1 voucher only. Now, it already appeared redeemed. I already sent an email regarding this. Thanks for concern.

Maybe they just mislook the quantity. Just wait for the email of Ms. Jojo.
