HDD from Store is Defective

I have redeemed an Seagate Slim Backup Plus 1Tb from the store last July 1, 2022 and received on July 19, 2022. Unfortunately the said HD is defective and can't format. Also I observed that the box is not that presentable and it looks like an old stock. I emailed Jojo Lou just after when I confirm that it is defective for the return or RMA process but she doesn't have any reply as of now. I hope that my concern will reach Admins in this community. Thank you very much.

Hello. I also experienced the same issue with the Hard Drive. Just need the cooperation of the sangfor team for the RMA process since they are the one who bought the drive from Lazada. Thank you for opening this case, sir Regi.

Oh I see, the problem was the same for me. It can be a batch problem or it must be checked where it  was bought. I really hope that we can get answers in our concerns and issues.

ask details with Jojo with the details of the seller where they purchase the hard disk and contact it yourself for replacement.

Yeah that is what I am gonna do but the problem is the I don't have the contat yet and as far as I know, it has a limited time returning an item so it must be returned asap.
