[Phenomena]
After Chrome, Edge and Firefox upgrade to latest version, user unable to access to IAG Web console (Web UI) and External BI and it shows error SSL version or cipher suite mismatch


[Trigger conditions]
IAM/IAG with 12.0.42 version and below
All External BI version BI 3.0.2 until BI 4.0.13

[Root cause]
Latest Chrome 98 version, Microsoft Edge 98 version (Chromium based) and Firefox 97 version have removed the TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 support.

[How to check ]
1. Check whether the device is IAG 12.0.42 version and below or not
2. Check the External BI is from BI 3.0.2 until BI 4.0.13

[Current solution]
1. For IAM/IAG, if the version is below than 12.0.42 and below version, suggest upgrade to 12.0.46 (For device only has 2G ram) or upgrade to the latest IAG 13.0.47 version.
2. For the External BI, kindly contact TAC for the support.

[Precaution]
Since started from IAM 12.0.42 version required to click the "Enable Firmware Updater" on Web UI to let Sangfor updater to access.
You may use a lower chrome/mozilla firefox/edge version or IE to access first before perform the upgrade.
