MD5 error when upgrading NGAF

Hi all

I have been trying to upgrade my NGAF but failed.

it shows the error message below:

My NGAF upgrade license is valid
I downloaded the upgrade file directly from this Self Services > Download page
I have tried both WebUI and the Sangfor Firmware Updater (v6.2)
My NGAF's current version = v8.0.7R2
My NGAF's model = NG5100-F-I

Anyone can help me please? Thank you.

Have you checked the MD5 value of the upgrade file?  94E9E51ED42873F926F2B2EB096BCE4D

Dear Newbie,

This is may be due to your hardware cpu / ram is not compatible, if you still want to upgrade firmware on the same hardware contact Sangfor Support directly they will forcefully upgrade your firmware on your own responsibility.
