Upon purchasing an SSL certificate, generate and import it. And, submit your CSR to the certificate authority to validate your domain.

It is better to ask your domain provider for the SSL certificate, if you don't have SSL certificate you may subscribe or get one.

Deploy a proper certification authority server in your network who does function properly and don't have revoked certs.

Are you using the built-in root certificate? Enable SSL Contents, and then the endpoint browser will alarm that the certificate of HTTPS website cannot be validated. The alarm can be removed when the certificate is imported on the endpoint computer. Root certificates of previous devices only can be imported into the built-in root certificate of the Sangfor device, which supports custom certificate import.

Choose Online Activities > Advanced > SSL Certificate to check Built-in root certificate.
Click Download Root SSL Certificate.

Try to check the IAG user manual for more details with SSL Certificates.

Generate a self sign cert and must be authorized by a CA or you can purchase it on a trusted certificate vendor. Then import it on IAM. The issue your facing is that the certificate seen by VA is not authorized or trusted.

Acquire or generate a bona fide SSL certificate from a trusted vendor.

1. Diagnose the problem with an online tool.
2. Install an intermediate certificate on your web server.
3. Generate a new Certificate Signing Request.
4. Upgrade to a dedicated IP address.
5. Get a wildcard SSL certificate.
6. Change all URLS to HTTPS.
7. Renew your SSL certificate.
