NGAF SSL VPN configuration

Danilo Lv1Posted 21 Jul 2020 23:20

I configured SSL VPN on NGAF ver. 8.0.17 based on "SANGFOR_NGAF_v8.0.5_SSLVPN Configuration Guide.pdf" downloaded from knowledge base. I have not found document for version 8.0.17.
In Network -> SSL VPN -> Login options I set 4430 as HTTPS port, but when I try to activate SSL VPN connection via browser (https://x.x.x.x:4430 where x.x.x.x is customer public ip) I receive a blank page with this message:

Access to SSL VPN will not be normal if your use the current browser. Please use the built-in browser!

What is "built-in browser"?
No ssl login page appear... any ideas?

Thank you very much

Do the below setting than access via Internet Explorer.

Start> Run> type in REGEDIT and hit Enter.

By clicking in the [+} drill down to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER  >  Software  >  Microsoft  >  Internet Explorer > Main

With Main selected in the left pane, right-click in the right pane and choose New> DWORD (32-bit)

Name the new DWORD Value TabProcGrowth then right-click it and set the value to 1.

If TabProcGrowth already exists (you didn't have to create it) just change the value from 0 to 1.
Please Mark as Accepted Solution, if it resolves your query.
