# Partner Certification# Sangfor Security Associate Pre-sales/Sales Certification Framework

Sangfor Security Associate Pre-sales/Sales Certification program is designed to equip partners with the foundational knowledge of Sangfor Security products and their target market scenario. This is the level 1 certification which we encourage all Sangfor partners to participate. The program has different requirements for sales and pre-sales:

Sales certification
Partners need to grasp the basic knowledge of Security, understand the value propositions of Sangfor Security, familiarize with the sales scenarios and quotation methodology of Sangfor Security and know the general competitive analysis of Sangfor Security. After studying these courses on Sangfor e-learning platform:  

Ransomware solution (http://e.sangfor.com/my/course/27); NGAF (http://e.sangfor.com/my/course/19);

CyberCommand (http://e.sangfor.com/my/course/33); IAM (http://e.sangfor.com/course/20).

Partners need to take the sales certification exam and do a sales to pitch to Sangfor local representative and pass them both to get the certificate. The passing score of the exam is 80 (of 100).

Pre-sales certification
Besides all the courses included in the sales certification, pre-sales certification also requires partners to grasp the advanced sizing and quotation of Sangfor Security, well understand the security products and solutions. After studying these courses on Sangfor e-learning platform:

Ransomware solution (http://e.sangfor.com/my/course/27); NGAF (http://e.sangfor.com/my/course/19);

CyberCommand (http://e.sangfor.com/my/course/33); IAM (http://e.sangfor.com/course/20).  

Partners need to take the pre-sales certification exam and have an interview with Sangfor local representative and pass them to get the certificate. The passing score of the exam is 80 (of 100).

After partners pass the exam and interview, Sangfor local representative will collect the information of the qualified persons and send it back to Sangfor HQ every month. HQ will process the list of certified and issue the certificates accordingly. The certificates are kept in the database on Sangfor Community and can be looked up online later on. Partners will also get the software copy of their certificates.

Partner certification requirements
Core security partners: at least 1 sales and 1 pre-sales must be certified.
Common security partners: at least 1 sales or 1 pre-sales must be certified.
