Is it possible to manually trigger DR backup after disabling DR policy of the VM? Any workaround for manual transmission?

Yes you can manually backup VM. In the VM tabs just select "More" and click "Backup" then new window will appear. In the new window which is the "Create Backup" enter your description and select "ISCSI" as destination datastore and finally click "OK" to start backup of VM and wait until backup is completed.

To manually trigger the DR policy, you need to enable the policy first. Then, click on "Start" to trigger the DR policy for local backup and backup transmission.
