Hello.
I tried to block download traffic in any kind with the configuration explained in this thread http://community.sangfor.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=990 but it seems the policy didn't take any effect.

Here is the screenshot of my configuration

For the source and destination, I think I set it correctly. But when I tried to download, with the that policy enabled at the top, my download started and running. And the hit count still zero.

Could anyone point out my misconfiguration?

Thank you

Does internet connection work properly ? User can access internet ?

I see your rule at number 5, you block connection from WAN to LAN and that doesn't work too.  But at rule number 2 that seems to hit something. Maybe you can test put aspecific IP address on the destination address.

Hi dear,

After creating policy, when you download some file, check the report center and find the details that what object/app category is website using to download that file. After that simply block that app category and your policy will be working then.

Thanks

Okay, all. I think I misconfigure the source. It should be LAN, and I should config the blocking download in Policies under Network Security. Not application control. Thank you very much for all the responds.
