I am unable to block SuperVPN application on my IAG. Most of the proxies are being blocked using access control policies and AntiProxy. SuperVPN application is also not present in IAG application database. Is there a way to block SuperVPN on IAG?

1) From the standard version Internet      Behavior Management 11.8 onwards, IAG devices support proxy tool      management. The devices detect proxy tools through a built-in rule      library. The specific configuration path is as follows:
  • Versions 12.0.47-13.X and later: Go to       [Endpoint Behavior Security] - [Endpoint Anti-Fence] - Enable [Proxy Tool   Detection], and select the applications and methods to block in the       [Configuration Options].
  • Versions 11.8-12.0.45: Go to [Endpoint       Access Management] - [Proxy Tool Management] - Enable [Proxy Tool       Detection], and select the applications and methods to block in the       [Configuration Options].

2) IAG does not have built-in proxy tools      that must be blocked. Using a computer within the intranet is      recommended to test the proxy tool and see what application the IAG      identifies it as in Internet Behavior Monitoring. Then, you can block the      corresponding application.

3) Precautions: Proxy tool management in IAG      does not require separate authorization.
