How to Clear cache memory in NGAF M5100?

The best way to clear cache of it is by going to System > Maintenance > Restart > Then choose Restart Services.
It will restart and clear the terminate current system services, release system resources and restart system services. But it will takes 5 minutes to restart the whole system

Try to shut it down for a couple of minutes then turn it on again.

Navigate to System > SSL VPN Options > Network Optimization and four pages are seen, namely, Application Access, Data Transfer, Webpage Access and Web Cache, which configurethe optimization options in terms of application access, data transfer, webpage access and Webcache.

After completing these steps, the cache memory in NGAF M5100 should be cleared, and you may notice an improvement in the system's performance.

To clear the cache memory on a Sangfor NGAF M5100 device, you can follow these steps:

1. Log in to the NGAF web console using an account with administrative privileges.

2. Click on the "System" tab, and then click on the "Cache" sub-tab.

3. Under the "Cache" sub-tab, you should see a "Clear" button. Click on this button to clear the cache memory.

5. Wait for the cache to be cleared. This may take a few moments depending on the size of the cache.

6. Once the cache has been cleared, you can close the cache management window.

By clearing the cache memory, you can free up space and improve the performance of your NGAF device. However, note that clearing the cache may also remove any cached data that was being used to speed up network traffic, so you may experience slower performance until the cache is rebuilt.

Cache is temporary memory so whenever you will restart device, it will remove cache.
