WANO cache, how does it work..?

when WANO in branch already cached, then in HQ there is change for example txt file,  the change is erase 5 character then write 5 character too.

The branch user get local cached or User put from HQ.?

The file that cached in WANO is treated as many small parts.
For example: File A cached in WANO that is divided into 20 pieces of part has made a small amendment, then when it pass through WANO again, the WANO will divide the new File A into same 20 pieces. Then WANO will realised it has actually cached 18 pieces of parts, after that WANO will only send the 2 different pieces to the peer side, while the leftoever 18 pieces will be obtained from the peer side locally.
