If you are unable to log in to the web management interface of your Sangfor NGAF due to an incorrect character error, there are a few things you can check:

  • Make sure that you are entering the correct.
  • Make sure that you are entering the correct username and password.
  • Check the keyboard layout.
  • Update your Browser to the latest version.
  • Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
  • Try a different browser.
  • Login with manage port EHT0:10.251.251.251 (admin/admin)
  • Restore password with USB Driver
  • Restore NGAF to defaults
  • Contact Sangfor support.


If you have tried all of the above steps and you are still unable to log in, you may need to contact Sangfor support for assistance.
