Dear Yaku,

There are many factors which might cause the AD SSO not perform as expectation.

1) PC haven join domain
2) Mobile cannot join domain
3) Insufficient Privilege for the Input Account (Unable to read or synchronize data from AD)
4) PC Group Policy is not updated
5) Many more
