I have 3 nodes. They are connected to each other via Cisco L2 switch. I configured link aggregation in HCI. Do I have to configure EtherChannel on Cisco swith?

yes. you also need to configure link aggregation on the network switch side to avoid causing network mismatch or network loop. in some cases, depending on the configuration of the switch, it might disable the said port during the mismatch,
