Hi
The IAG has mechanisms to delete the earliest date log automatically when the disk usage reaches 90%.
You doesn't required to worry the disk usage.

Besides, you may also try to adjust the preserved days for the log storage to reduce the disk size.
System -> general -> report center -> Internal report center -> Enable automatically deletion.
Is this answer helpful?

To manually delete data from disk storage, follow these general steps:

Identify the files or folders that you want to delete. You can do this by navigating to the file explorer or command line interface and finding the files you want to delete.

Make sure that you have the necessary permissions to delete the files. Some files may be protected or require administrative privileges to delete.

Select the files or folders that you want to delete. You can select multiple files at once by holding down the "Ctrl" key while clicking on each file.

Once you have selected the files or folders to be deleted, press the "Delete" key on your keyboard or right-click on the selection and choose "Delete" from the context menu.

A confirmation prompt will appear to confirm that you want to delete the selected files or folders. Click "Yes" to confirm and delete the data.

The deleted files or folders will be moved to the Recycle Bin, where they can be recovered if necessary. To permanently delete the data, empty the Recycle Bin by right-clicking on it and choosing "Empty Recycle Bin."

Try these steps:

Identify the location of the data that you want to delete. This could be a specific directory, file, or database.

Determine whether the data is critical or necessary for the operation of any applications or services. If the data is important, consider backing it up or archiving it before deleting it.

Use a file manager or command-line tool to navigate to the directory or file that you want to delete.

Delete the data by either selecting it and pressing the delete key or using a command such as "rm" (remove) or "del" (delete).

Verify that the data has been deleted by checking the storage usage or searching for the file or directory.

To manually delete data in the disk storage of IAG (IAM), you can follow these steps:

Log in to the IAG (IAM) management console or web interface using your administrator credentials.

Navigate to the disk storage section or storage management area. The exact location may vary depending on the version and configuration of IAG (IAM).

Identify the specific disk or storage area where you want to delete data. This could be a specific volume, partition, or directory.

Select the data you want to delete. You can use the file browser or command line interface provided by IAG (IAM) to navigate to the desired location and select the files or directories you want to remove.

Right-click on the selected files or directories and choose the "Delete" or "Remove" option. Alternatively, you may find a delete button or option in the user interface of the storage management section.

Confirm the deletion when prompted. Be cautious and double-check that you are deleting the correct data as this action cannot be easily undone.

Repeat the process for any other data you want to remove from the disk storage.

It's important to note that manually deleting data from the disk storage in IAG (IAM) should be done with caution. Ensure that you are only deleting the intended files and not critical system files or data. Make sure to have a backup of any important data before performing deletion operations.

If you are uncertain or unfamiliar with the process, it's recommended to consult the documentation or seek assistance from the IAG (IAM) support team to ensure proper data deletion without any adverse effects on the system.

Determine if the data is vital or required for any applications or services to function. If the data is critical, think about backing it up or preserving it before deleting it.
