Internet Problem

What could be the problem/issue?
* From NGAF, I can ping the ISP.
* From Local Switch to NGAF, I can ping successfully
* From End Device to NGAF, I can ping
* But from End Device to the Internet - not successful

Check the NAT Configuration and Default Route Configuration

please check SNAT, Check Default Route and policies configures in firewall .is that denied all applied to the firewall or not

You need to change Users DNS to NGAF and config DNS mapping or change DNS configuration directly.

Your network is up to the LAN only and it cannot cross the internet. You need to configure default route for you to cross the internet.
