it is very hard to configure a firewall through CLI but you can configure
1) first go to particular interface
2) <ipv4-address> then give IP address and its netmask

if still not working then please contact the support

Very simple, select interface and provide them IP address with subnet mask plus gateway but command for different devices are different and also brand wise different so your question is not very clear for which device you want to know to provide IP address?
