SCP licensing to HCI failed

Issue Description

SCP unable to distribute license to HCI, failed with a result of network connection error.

Error/Warning Information

Handling Process

1. Verified there is no issue with the network connectivity between HCI and SCP (Port 443, 4433, 4480 are allowed).
2. Checking from HCI backend, found that the HCI cluster has leave the authorize control of SCP.
Command : cat /cfs/priv/sn/acmp_authinfo
If mode is "0" means leave the authorize control, value of "1" means still under the authorize control.

3. Proceed to change the authorize mode, the command execute on master controller shown in below. After this, the authorize mode shall change to "1".
Command : vtpsh set /cluster/authorize_mode --target_authorize_mode 1

4. Try re-license again from SCP, it should able to license the HCI cluster.

Root Cause

HCI authorize mode has leave the control of SCP.

Solution

Manually convert the authorize mode.
