This is due to the session is still there, even you had deleted the SNAT configuration but the ping is still there (where the session is still there) then it is still able to ping to the destination. If you want it to take effect, you may need to stop the ping and let the session to disconnect.

Yes, you can clear the cache by deleting NAT policy

Simply reboot the device for it to clear the cache

I think this is from built in NAT configuration of Sangfor NGAF. Try to check if you can delete it.

Everything works if you delete NAT rule then create new and restart device.
It is acceptable for student's lab but completely not acceptable for corporate network.
For me it is unclear how Gartner mentioned NGAF in their report.....
