If I Factory Reset, the license gets removed right?
Khawar Lv1Posted 06 Dec 2022 12:47

Yes the license stays. Only the configurations settings will be reset.

HiHi,

How to restore NGAF to defaults
Go to System > Maintenance > Backup/Restore, restore NGAF to defaults with WebUI

It is gray out maybe because the NGAF is in bridge mode.

If you can access the WEB UI, you can do the steps below:

Go to System > Maintenance > Backup/Restore, restore NGAF to defaults with Web UI.

The license will stay there if you use the WEB UI factory reset.
