I think there is no conflict since okta solutions are natively integratable. It only depends on how you design and configure and manage the solutions.

Okta is a SSO, also IAG can do SSO. Does the Okta has a feature that IAG doesn't have that is why you want to integrate?

It can be integrate to the IAG as long as it is configure correctly.
