Shutting down HCI

Just really curious about this. Will there be no problems/ issues encountered whatsoever if the HCI will be powered off after working hours and booted up again the next working day?

It shouldn't be a problem, but it's best to leave it turned on 1x24 hours because it was built to run non-stop.

No problem at all but upon boot-up the schedule of it must be 2 to 3 hours before office hours to avoid user wait to HCI to properly boot and up

Don't worry, that is no problem.

If you keep on doing that maybe you will encounter some issues soon since HCI servers are designed to run 24/7. By the way when shutting down your HCI don't forget to shut down the VM first.
