The best way to check and edit it is thru the "Policies" tab where you can edit, new and delete policies for individual and group

Check the logs if the particular UDP port is being blocked. From there, you will know which policy blocked that UDP port

there is no 100% way for assurance that any firewall has blocked udp on a particular port because udp proto must not to reply for all incoming traffic

the post and the title is 2 different thing, if you want to know NGAF block something you need to use the troubleshoot and check whether the port you need is being block or not, and you can change the policy in policies menu under access control
