You can view  the logs through Monitor>Logs>Systems Logs> Set the timeline you want to vew

there is no 100% way for assurance that any firewall has blocked udp on a particular port because udp proto must not to reply for all incoming traffic

Check the logs if the particular UDP port is being blocked. From there, you will know which policy blocked that UDP port

The best way to check and edit it is thru the "Policies" tab where you can edit, new and delete policies for individual and group

By selecting Monitor>Logs>Systems Logs and selecting the timeline you want to view, you can view the logs.

If a specific UDP port is being blocked, check the logs. You can then determine which policy prevented access to that UDP port.
