The issue is IP subnet conflict. A VPN connection must not have the same subnet on both ends, so you must check this and change the subnet to resolve the issue.

You can use third party IP Scanner appllication to check for IP conflicts.

Conflict on subnets can affect connectivity. It must be resolve as soonest.

When you have the same network on various interfaces, it is not a good practice for routing or VPN, etc. Examine all classless networks and assign IP addresses to VPN partners as needed.

Search what network is also using 172.16.32.0 255.255.240.0 and remove it.
