How to configure Link down alert in NGAF ?

Summary:

I want to configure the link down alert in my NGAF, Means whenever link shows Ping error state the Firewall notify me via EMAIL

I think your are refering to a SOC

It is impractical to monitor and keep track of multiple firewalls if they are forwarding logs to the logging service based on their visibility or lack thereof on Logs and then verify the forwarding status on the firewalls using the show logging-status command.

You can use SIEM or check the dashboard manually.

The actual reading can be seen in the management portal's dashboard, but the specific alarm and email notification for the ping error is not possible.

You can choose from a Syslog, SNMP or SIEM.

No you can't configure to email the notification.
