Summary:

Hi, Does anyone encounter internal server error when access the passive NGAF firewall? I check the port number is open and peer IP is also pingable. Thanks

Please try using different browser. I recommend IE

Clear cache, then change dynamic ip to static ip

>Try to look alternative browser.
>Try to clear cache the browser.
>last resort, you may restart the firewall if there is any power outage happen.

Do you employ a proxy server? If so, please disconnect from the NGAF first and then remove the proxy server's IP.
