Hi,

Customer login ssl vpn (NGAF) in the new PC, after finish the agent installation, they cannot get virtual IP Addr from NGAF. After we checked, there's something wrong with ssl vpn interface.





already tried to uninstall and re-install.
Kindly need your advice.

Kindly use the "SSLVPN Repair Tool" to completely remove it from the PC.
After removed, first time login please use Internet Explorer and press "Allow" for all plugin that prompted out from the Browser, as long as the plugin name is Sangfor.

Hi,

Please check from the PC Command Prompt with "ipconfig" command to check the virtual IP.

Also experienced it last time. but i found out it's because of client's antivirus on the desktop that is preventing sslvpn to install its components
