If the IP address is set to static IP, just check the default gateway if is the same.

Fine. The issue was in my LAN interface. It has a management role too. My other eth its working fne

Your network diagram is correct but for your issue, I think the interface eth0/eth1 does not have a valid IP address yet. Did these interfaces already had an IP? Kindly configure a static address for this two interfaces...thank you

Ok. The issue was in my LAN interface. It has management role too. I've choosed other interface and it works ok.
