Vittore Zen Lv1Posted 02 Aug 2022 19:37

After upgrading to 6.7.0_SP2_EN all VM with MS windows in the Italian language reports memory and disk at 100% (even disk is empty) and lose a bunch of packets.
We need a patch urgently.

Hi.
Problems solved.
It was two different problems.
First. 100% memory in Microsoft windows with the Italian language is a bug. Sangfor support teams said that will be patched in the next minor release (eta September 2022). They said that it is a GUI problem and this does not affect performance and stability.
Second. Packets lost. HCI version 6.7 has changed the mode that manages LACP in edge and overlay networks, so this (may) affects physical switches configuration. In our scenario (Netgear LACP) change from dynamical to static LACP resolves the problems.

Thanks a lot to Sangfor support.

Microsoft thought the vulnerability critical enough that an emergency patch was issued for Windows 7 which was no longer supported after January 2020

If you have the backup of the previous config just reupload it to retain the previous setting

Checking the previous version of the firmware will resolve the issue.

I'm assuming you had your backup before you upgrade your firmware. You need to restore using your previous version because of your issue. If your old firmware is running smoothly with no issue, I think there is no need to upgrade your firmware.
