Fix Failed in Endpoint Secure

Hi All,
May i know what is the reason fix failed in Endpoint Secure when we try to remove the malware?
Below is the example of fix failed.

That is a known vulnerabilities, so it will automatically quarantined or deleted. It can't be fixed because it can't be allowed.

Run the scan again.
If it fails in the same way, go to the Support site, enter the error number.
Contact Support.

If the file is infected or virus, the endpoint will automatically deleted/destroy that and cannot be retrieve again. And upon my checking, the infected file is a virus. Please see below link for the references of the file from the respected third party tester/reviewer of endpoints.

I think the Fix failed because the file was already deleted since it was a virus.

It was already deleted and detected by the endpoint. So, you don't need to be confused for the fix failed error.

Judging by the hash md5 its different from the default regsvr32 that Microsoft used. So that's perfectly fine and ES will only kill confirmed malware.
