Hi Guys,

If ever we did not renew our license in HCI (Acloud), what are your thoughts regarding this? What features will be disable? We need your insights about this. Thank you.

There will be no more 24x7 online support 365 days a year or on-site service support.

You will not able to get NBD (Next Business Day) support without renew the require mandatory subscription & most of the cases your device will not perform the basic activity just because the not renew of require licenses.

It will not affected the current running vm, but it will not allowed to upgrade HCI to newer version and lose all technical support.

You will not be able to receive the latest software version and maintenance releases/bug fixes for each version of HCI
