IP SEC VPN Issue

Hello,

I am reciving this error message while i am going to create the IP Sec VPN --> Basis Settings . Error " File to Obatain Link type"  . I am using firmware 8.0.35.
Some time this error : "Internal Server Error "

Kindly guide me how to resolved this issue

Situation:
Problem description:
1. NIC Reversed.
2. IPSEC VPN Error
Assessment:
Technical Severity: Level 3
Findings for Problem 1:
1. Verify the issue, UI will show Eth2 is up when user connect to ETH1. Eth1 and Eth2 are reversed.
2. Verify that currently can reboot the device.
3.Download Sangfor Updater, use Updater to change the NIC sequence.
4. Reboot the device, issue has been solved.
Findings for Problem 2:
1. Verify the issue, user just upgrade the device from 8.0.26 version and previously didn't try on this issue.
2. Try enable VPN service, found that error occur.
3. Access device backend, check on rlog and found that there is no process abnormal restart.
4. Check on port 500 is not listening.
5. Check on sfvpn, found that process is normal.
6. Try restart the process in backend, found that issue still same.
7. Check on update log, found that previous update have a error.
8. Proceed to re-upgrade the firmware again, found that issue still the same.
9. Consult R&D team regarding this issue, after checking found that there is a file abnormal/
10 R&D repaired the file, after that issue has been solved.

Suggestion/Conclusion:
1. The root cause of the VPN issue is due to there is a file in backend abnormal. R&D have repaired the file and issue has been solved.
