Dear Jeric,

Have a pleasant day.
Please do look for following things while troubleshooting any issue of this kind:

1. Make sure traffic is passing through NGAF.
2. Go to Systems--> Troubleshooting-->Add your PC IP--> start Packet Drop list-->If you find any packet going towards outlook is dropped go to the policy and allow following APP(App Control)/URL(Content Security).
3. Usually Outlook use Microsoft Data located under App Control Category SSL . Allow it for seamless Microsoft Applications experience.
4. If above things doesn't resolve your issue, please open support case we will help you to resolve it.

Thanks and Best Regards.
