Dear members,

We are so glad that more than 130 members have shared their opinions about the support channels they use most in their daily work.

That is truely an encouragement for us to know that our support services are helping our great partners and customers!

As we all know, technical issues in different environment, with different products and deployment can be very unique and special, therefore the detailed specific case information are always needed for better solutions, thus multiple back and forth communications between Sangfor and support requester are needed to clear the case enviroment and check for the case root cause, then ultimately solve the case.

But be contacted from nowhere often can be concerning, disturbing and unsafe. Sangfor repsects our customers and safeguard their privacy,  and would like to obtain the needed information for technical support in the most convenient time and with the most suitable contact meathod for each customer.
