control abuse of guest network set to open authentication

hi
i have a guest network with open authenticaoin. the issue is that at times a lot of emplyess are conneced to it  usign therir personal phones. how to stop its abuse ?

i wan to konw how to identify/block a company user from accessing the guest wifi  using iam.

I don't think you can identify which device belongs to whom. Let say you have somehow manage to get the MAC address from the users and bind/block them, user may simply swap the device and you wouldn't know.

I believe the concept of Guest Network with open authentication is to allow access for everyone. By 'abuse' did you mean bypass webpages and download speed? You can simply configure Bandwidth Management or Application Control Policy for that.
