Aggregate Interface Cannot Choose The Interfaces

Issue Description

When adding the aggregate interface there is no eth4 and eth5 ports to be selected as shown below:

Handling Process

1. The eth4 port of the device is not aggregated with other interfaces;
2. Check that the eth4 network port light is normal and the network port is not faulty;
3. Check the configuration and found out that the eth4 and eth5 ports are configured as interfaces in link state propagation as shown below:

Root Cause

The link state propagation function cannot be shared with the aggregation interface function because the aggregation interface is used for the redundancy function. If both interfaces are down at the same time, the redundancy function will be invalid.

Solution

Remove the interfaces configured in the link state propagation and the eth4 and eth5 ports can be selected in the aggregate interface.

Suggestions

If link state propagation function is configured, it is not recommended to configure the aggregate interface.
