In migrating VM, we have 3 options:
1. Windows converter (for windows, regardless if it is from physical or virtual environments)
2. ISO migration (cold migration, any OS)
3. vCenter migration (live migration, any OS)

For import/export method, we can import the following file format as a package of the full VM:
1. OVA (vmware format, containing OVF, MF, VMDK)
2. VMA
3. Separate OVF, MF, VMDK file.

or we can create VM from scratch and attached the virtual drives exported from virtualization platforms:
1. VHD, VHDX (from Hyper-V)
2. QCOW2
3. VMDK (from VMware)
