Access Denied Page not showing on https websites

Newbie985239 Lv1Posted 01 Jul 2019 23:45

I made a policy to block certain websites, when a user tries to access a blocked website the IAM access denied page appears. But this page only appears for http website and not the https websites. For https, the website is blocked but it says secure connection failed.
Is there any way we can make the access denied page appear for https websites.
Thanks

Hi, you need to enable SSL contents on access control policy and type in the URL you need to access in the box as shown in the picture below.
Meanwhile, you would also have to download the Server SSL certificate on your PC in order for this to work.

Thank you guys for your answers.
IAM 12.0.23 is the current version used.
After enable SSL content, it worked.
However a few website still showed connection not secure and i guess those were using TLS protocol.
If there is any method to get IAM access denied page from TLS website, please share it.
Otherwise no issue. Thanks
