May i know detail in how sangfor backup the windows vm?

Hi Sir, for your information, the VM backup in HCI will be saving a copy of the VM's disk file and configuration file into the selected datastore.
When restoring backup, HCI will restore the copy that saved in the datastore.
Besides, only the first backup will be full backup and the following backup will be incremental backup.

Hi Sir, what i mean is how HCI confirm the integrity of data being backup? How HCI due with open file and database in the vm?

HCI stores a copy of your VM which is same like raid 1 in the HCI OS. so you don't need to worry about your data
