Chromecast unable access to internet

Hi, recently just changed the IAM unit, due to existing unit sent to repair and restore the config file to current unit.
just noticed that chromecast not able connect to internet, we had define the the device mac address in authentication policy > auth mode: sso > open authentication username: take mac address as username

the chrome device message has successful connected to access point, but no internet.

is that anyway miss out ?

First, you need to ensure that the MAC of the chromecast is inside the local user.
We suspect that the blocking is caused by the default access control policy, which is normally configured as deny.
Kindly check on your access control policy. You may try to create an allow all policy for the chromecast and test whether if it is able to online.
